Payment for Products or Services
All credit card payments will be processed in MXN (pesos) at the time of payment. The Way of the Hearts is not liable for any additional fees, exchange rates, charges or costs that may be levied by individual financial institutions or credit card companies.
Return/Refund Policy
All packages, workshops, and retreats (both monthly memberships and individual purchases) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Workshop/Retreat Registration
Registration must be completed online before the start date. If you cancel your registration two weeks prior to the workshop or retreat, you can receive a refund minus the processing fee. Absences will not qualify for refunds or credits. We do not offer cash refunds. Requests for refunds after the two-week deadline will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
EESystem Session Policy
To cancel or make changes to sessions, notify The Way of the Hearts via email at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide 24-hour notice incurs a cancellation fee equal to one 2-hour session rate, charged immediately to the client's account. This fee must be settled before scheduling any makeup dates for canceled appointments.
Use of Your Information
At The Way of the Hearts, we prioritize your privacy and commit to safeguarding the confidentiality of your personal data. Rest assured, any information you provide will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
Waiver Form
To participate in The Way of the Hearts services and promotions, applicants must complete a waiver form accepting the terms and conditions stated. This form confirms that the applicants are physically capable of participating without any limitations. If applicants are under the age of 18, written consent from a parent or guardian is mandatory.
By completing the waiver form, all participants consent to adhere to The Way of the Hearts rules and recognize that these guidelines might be updated periodically. Moreover, participants waive any claims against The Way of the Hearts, including its owners, directors, managers, and staff, for any injuries, property loss, or damages that may arise during their involvement.
Online Registration
As part of the online registration, you'll encounter a waiver in the submission form. By acknowledging it, you confirm your understanding and agreement to the terms.
Terms and Conditions Changes
The Way of the Hearts reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions and prices at our discretion. If we make any significant change to this policy, we will provide notice of the changes on this website.
